Monitor and control project progress by
generating schedule reports, earned value analysis, resource/cost account
loading and role loading schedules. Create and maintain schedules in
Primavera and provide updates as required. Provide an understanding of project
scheduling fundamentals like earned value analysis, critical path analysis,
and resource analysis.
Managed and maintained various operations
and maintenance (O&M) plans and schedules in both the tactical and
strategic arena using Microsoft Projects and Solufy Akwire. Ensured
O&M's were addressed prior to due dates and prioritized throughout
facility infrastructure, support equipment systems and spacecraft/satellite
processing facilities. Responsible for distribution of daily schedules and
weekly/long range plans via Share-Point to team members and customers.

Space Shuttle Program, I have a proven ability to develop, analyze,
project, plan, and schedule requirements from landing to launch countdown
with concentration on crew compartment requirements. These requirements
included vehicle modifications, unplanned, and normal flight requirements
using standard planning tools such as Microsoft Projects, Primavera P6 and
other standard planning tools. Coordinated with a diverse group of
individuals to ensure vehicle processing requirements were being met.
As Lead Planner, coached and mentored
junior associates through the shuttle flow process, ensuring that their
job assignments were understood and followed, as well as having built a
cohesive team atmosphere in a highly dynamic work environment.

II for both the Production Planning Department, as well as Forward Shop
